I did go on J-bar …
I did go on J-bar and so it was a pain in my hip. He said “ooo so comfortable”, it felt bit comfortable to me. This is peace of cake on J-bar but quite tricky for beginners.

i learned from friends teaching me, and just learning on my own. i understand for beginners i myself look at instuctional videos for help but im just saying expert village is not good for learning for 1/2 of their people have no idea what they are talking about

yea ok you might be better then this guy but for beginners trying to do tricks then he is a good coach yea ok this vid might suck but the ones where he shows people how to do tricks are helpful so if you dont like the guy and his vids then stop watching them!
