That depends if …
That depends if your going down a slope or if the terrain is totally level (such as a cat track). If you’re going down a slope, you’ll definitely want to be on an edge. If you’re sailing flat, an edge or two won’t hurt either, but isn’t as necessary…

I’ve skate and I snowboarded this weekend, it was similiar in keeping balance, except for your can’t move your feet like you can on a board. But it’s deff. diff and will take practice. I was able to hop out there better then other guys that were boarding for their first time, you’ll prolly have a headstart

Thats so true. Most of my wipeouts were me bailing because i was afraid of how fast i was going. That and me not knowing how to turn with so much speed. Its like learning to drive at 80mph. I had fun though, will be trying it again.

Not really. I skateboard and i went snowboarding this weekend and it so much different. Going fast on a snowboard is scary when you first start out. So you will constantly be bailing when you start picking up speed.
